Hi
avwmeants will allow to to generate the mean time course
Usage: avwmeants <input 4D volume> <output text file> [<mask volume> [-v]]
e.g. avwmeants filtered_func_data meants.txt my_mask
avwmeants filtered_func_data meants.txt
that you then can plot using gnuplot (or whatever other tool you prefer)
echo "set term pbm color; plot 'meants.txt' " | $FSLDIR/bin/gnuplot >
/home/my/meants.pbm
$FSLDIR/bin/display /home/my/meants.pbm
Hope this helps
