Absolutely none I'm afraid.
This directory is nothing to do with FSL.
I've never seen nor heard of this directory, so it seems this is coming
from
your end. Is this your $FSLDIR?
Try the command line version I sent before - except use single $ not $$ as
I copied this incorrectly before straight from the makefile.
