Dear Carles and Elena
when you compile fsl locally there will most definitely be a number of
compile warnings - these should be nothing to worry about and will
hopefully be sorted out in future releases.
if you happen to use any of the suppported platforms I suggest you
download the binary distributions that are available form Sun Solaris/ Mac
OS X/ True 64/ Irix and Linux.
You can also download feeds
(http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/feeds/doc/index.html) in order to check if
your compiled binaries work OK.
