Hi - the current version of FSL (3.0) doesn't have an interactive viewer -
just the noninteractive "slices" program which brings up 9 default slices
from the data. We hope to release a beta version of FSLView in the
not-too-distant future.
For the moment there are plenty of good freeware viewers that read analyze
format, though. AFNI, mricro and mri3dX are all free and easy to get
going. MEDx is a good commercial display and analysis program.
