I've been using prelude to unwrap the phase of some images, which has worked
OK mostly. I have passed prelude a phase image, a magnitude image and a mask
image, and used the -s option. In some cases, after running the program, the
output image appears to be just the original phase image, but the with
pixels set to zero outside the mask. I would guess these aren't paricularly
difficult images, as visually there only appear to be about 3 or 4 phases
wraps across the brain.
I've also tried increasing the parameter passed by the -n option.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
