well, I figured out a problem - I was trying to use bet (not betfunc) on a 4D image and it got
confused. I did not want to use FEAT pre-processing because I did not want to do any motion
correction because as I understand, betfunc creates a mask from the first volume and applies it to
all other volumes. I did not want that, I wanted to strip each volume idependently. So I created a
script that avwsplit-s all the volumes and then avwmerge-s them after applying bet.
