Hi - the very latest version of AFNI should automatically read all images
in a FEAT directory (or the "stats" subdirectory) that have "stat"
somewhere in the filename as a stats image and the rest as structural
images.
The latest version of AFNI expects to find the registration files in the
toplevel FEAT directory; it uses these to automatically interpolate the
lowres stats on top of highres or standard images (neat!). The only
problem is that FEAT5 puts these registration files in a "reg"
subdirectory, and AFNI doesn't yet know to look there....you can easily
fix this for a FEAT5 directory by running the script
feat2afni <featdir>
Thanks, Steve.
