All,
I am a freelance journalist based in Austin, Texas, who writes frequently
about language and linguistics. I am currently researching language and
migration and am interested in getting in touch with anyone who can discuss
and/or has published on:
1. the use of language tests by countries, in order to determine the
countries of origins of refugees who claim political refugee status but have
no documentation;
2. any changes in the type or frequency of language-related attacks on
migrants; and
3. any other relationships between language, the politics of language, and
trends in migration.
Thank you in advance.
Sincerely,
Michael Erard
