Qualitative Research"

(Royal Holloway).

Web Site: http://www.sociology.ox.ac.uk/events/ddd.html (Please visit
this site for further details.)

Friday 10th May 2002, Department of Sociology, University of Oxford

Venue: Green College, University of Oxford.

Call for Papers and Posters

This workshop is being convened so that those pursuing atypically
problematic
qualitative research can present work which has either been completed
or is actively in progress. We welcome the submission of 500 word
abstracts by 31st March 2002 using the registration form below.
Papers can deal with any aspect of qualitative research that is
atypically dangerous, delicate or otherwise difficult. Methodological
submissions are welcome, but preference will be given to those
clearly based on qualitative research. Students who are intending to
pursue research of this kind or are in the early stages of their
graduate work are invited to submit posters of a maximum of 4 A4
pages describing the proposed topic, its problematic nature and their
current thinking on research design.
