HESDA is compiling a register of those who would be able
to contribute to the planning, design and presentation of
programmes and other development activities for managers
and leaders within higher education (including equal
opportunities and diversity).

We are particularly interested in those who have experience
at working with strategic managers at the top levels of
organisations or with senior middle managers such as
heads of academic departments and administrative units.

Previous experience of working within higher education
would be an advantage, but those who have worked at
these levels within the public sector and industry would be
welcome.

HESDA will control this register and operate it as follows: if
we receive an enquiry from a university or college for a
consultant, tutor or trainer in your area of expertise we will
give them your contact details so that they may contact you
directly to discuss their requirements. A place on this
database will not commit you in any way and HESDA will
not be involved in any consequential discussions you enter
into or any arrangements that you may make. However, if
you work directly with HESDA, we may offer you a contract
or contracts as a HESDA Associate.

appropriate information to be released to those who seek
information from this database.
