Hi Chris
I have run two workshops this week on complexity and complexity in the
consultation. On with GP registrars and the other at the Wolds Research
Network conference. The VTS session was 2.5 hrs long and although it went
went well there was a time pressure to introduce complexity and then examine
the consultation. The second was for an hour and to a mixed group of
managers and clinicians + social scientists and With so little time I found
a conversational approach examining the features of a CAS and how they would
relate to various situations organisational, strategic or clinical worked
well. Time will be your problem!
Good luck

Subject: Workshop materials
Have any of you run complexity workshops outwith Tufton group?
I'm running one for 90 mins at the Scottish School of Primary Care R&D
conference next week and still not sure where to take it. Predominantly
research audience so trying to open up ideas for exploration rather than
revolutionise world views etc.
Any suggestions welcome
Chris
