The last draft of the standard before approval was n2794. You can still
find that several places on the web. The only likely differences between
that and the actual approved standard are things like the copyright and
the official verbage about the approval itself. A web search could
probably find sites that have the document. For example, there appears
to be a copy at http://anubis.dkuug.dk/jtc1/sc22/open/n2794/n2794.pdf
I didn't actually download it to see if it matches the copy I have.
