First Announcement & Call for Papers:
Institute of Musicology (Charles University), Institute for Musicology
(Academy of Sciences), Czech Musicological Society, and Antonin Dvorak
Society Prague announce an international conference "The Work of Antonin
Dvorak" on the occassion of the 100th anniversary of the composer's death.
The conference will be held in Prague from September 16 to 18, 2004 and
will deal with major aspects of Dvorak's music i.e. with problems of
composition, editing, and reception. We look forward to your
participation.

Musikwissenschaft der Akademie der Wissenschaften, Tschechische
Gesellschaft fuer Musikforschung und Antonin Dvorak-Gesellschaft in Prague
kuendigen eine internationale Konferenz "Das Werk von Antonin Dvorak" aus
dem Anlass des 100. Todestages des Komponisten an. Die Konferenz wird vom
16. - 18. September 2004 in Prag stattfinden und wird die wichtigsten
Aspekte der Musik Dvoraks behandeln, namentlich Kompositionsprobleme,
Editionsproblematik und Rezeption. Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Teilnahme.
