It has been my recent experience that under Windows2000 Professional,
a large regression/forecasting model for spatial data may cause over 256Mb
ram to be consumed - however, the same regression/forecasting model
in WinBUGS will only consume approx. 150Mb ram on Windows NT 4.0.
Has anyone else experienced this? I am wondering if Windows NT would
generally be a superior platform on which to run WinBUGS.
