Hi, I'm new to this list, so sorry if this question has already been asked.
I'm wondering if anyone has used BUGS to implement exact conditional tests using
MCMC (Gibbs sampling) methods. I am referring in particular to the article
Forster, J.J. & McDonald, J.W. & Smith, P.W.F. (1996) Monte Carlo Exact
Conditional Tests for Log-linear and Logistic Models. J. R. Statist. Soc. B 58,
No. 2, pp. 445-453.
which gives the form for the univariate distributions needed. If someone has
already worked out how to do this with BUGS, I would greatly appreciate a sample
program!
Thanks!
