Who is this Alison Crogg+a+n, Lawrence? Italic pointers mine. Not just
taking the mickey, but the matter of mis-spelt surnames is almost a hobby of
mine, and a great amusement. As I'm sure you can imagine, my moniker gets
all sorts of deformations, the best of all was years ago, when I was working
as a stores supervisor, and ordering hundreds of thousands of pounds of
goods a month. Invoices, although to the company, would be addressed in my
name, and on one unforgettable occasion a bill came through to the name of:
