The Nd-Yag photodisruptor passes the beam through an expander and then uses a
lens to achieve considerable vergence. In short, the beam is extremely
divergent , which limits its NHZ. On the other hand, the laser pulses have a
low mpe. Has anyone doen an NHZ calculatioon lately on these systems?
I know of know incident of damage associated with the use of these systems.
Covering the other non-operated eye is not indicated.
