Does anybody else find the user/course statistics extremely limited? For example, while you can look at usage at course level, there doesn't appear to be an efficient way of interrogating the system to get institution wide information on active course/instructors which could be filtered by course category. Does anyone know of any plans by Blackboard to make this information, not only more reliable, but more detailed? We have a 'workaround' for some of these queries, but we shouldn't really have to do this. What do others think?
