We have an unhappy student in another country. He had no trouble last year
using Bb. Now he has trouble opening course materials for lengthy periods
of time. He also says when he does have access and he hits the back button
he gets kicked out of Bb. (Even when he opens a syllabus he gets kicked
out.) I cannot duplicate the problem. He is using IE 5.5. He feels that
it is a Blackboard problem and not a problem on his end. I'm not sure what
to say or ask him at this point to help resolve his problem. By the way, no
one else in his classes have complained. Has anyone else seen this?
