Do you have an address (email or URL) for an International Bb User Group?
I have just registered at http://bbug.ca/ is this it?
How do I communicate with the BUG to see if anyone else has found this
useful and to ask about other users experiences of upgrading to Bb6
We have just upgraded to Bb6 (not without difficulties but surprisingly with
a high level of technical support from the Bb Corporation) and I'd be
interested to hear other users experiences.
Regards
Tim H.

Subject: USER GROUP EVENT - 5th September 2002
This is a gentle reminder to get your reservations in for the Blackboard
User Group Event being held in Swansea on 5th September. (Those who have
already registered will get confirmation and payment details next week)As
far as I am aware this is the only user group meeting organised for this
year so it would be nice to see you all there.
I hope that most institutions using Blackboard will be able to field at
least one delegate, some are sending several, as the costs are minimal.
For full details of the event click the link at
http://bug.swan.ac.uk/
As well as registrations please send in questions for consideration - I
want to give Blackboard every chance to field the right people and have
the information they need to hand. You will of course also have a chance
to see Blackboard 6 and visit a small exhibition of related software
products (if you know of any software companies who might be interested -
or if you have something home grown that you would like to show off to us
please let me know asap)
I am liasing with Blackboard's senior marketing manager in the US to
ensure that the event offers as much as possible to all of us
Please get your registrations in as soon as possible as I need to give our
catering and accommodation people provisional figures by next week
