RESEARCH ASSISTANT
£20,471 p.a.
A Research Assistant is required to work with Dr J. P. Donovan of the
University of York and Dr Michael Rossington of the University of
Newcastle on Volume 3 of The Poems of Shelley (Longman Annotated
English Poets edition). The appointment, which is funded by the AHRB,
is for a period of two years and six months from 1 October 2002, and
will be based at the Centre for Eighteenth-Century Studies at the
University of York.
Applicants should have a recently-awarded PhD in a relevant area of
English literary studies, some experience of work in a major research
library, and good word-processing and IT skills.
