you might find some useful things in
Marty, G and G. Marty. Dictionnaire des chansons de la Revolution.
Tallandier, Paris, 1988.
there is at least one study of street-singing and popular print in the
revolution:
Mason, Laura. Singing the French Revolution: Popular Culture and Politics,
1787-1799. Cornell UP, 1996.
there are also several sets of revolutionary pamphlet literature including
songs available over the web: unfortunately I'm away from my office at the
moment and can't remember where to find these, but the bibliotheque
nationale site (bnf.fr) would be a good place to start.
