We have a client who is unable to manoeuvre sufficiently to allow him to pick up an item from the floor and place it, say, on his wheelchair tray. He has limited range of flexion/extension of his trunk and arms.
Is anybody aware if a variation on the "Handi-reacher" type design exists that perhaps has a telescopic arm which can protract, pick something up and retract at the push of a button? Weight is also a limitation.
Thanks, Marcus.
