Another good example is a DVD on the work of the Dutch design consultancy
droog -
Droog Design: the real life of objects. Interactive DVD catalogue of the
exhibition held last year at the Lighthouse in Glasgow, including video
interviews with Renny Ramakers and Gijs Bakker, as well as several of the
designers they work with. There's also fascinating interviews and time lapse
sequences of several Glaswegians who volunteered to live with Droog objects
for several weeks. The objects themselves are shown as short 360 degree
video sequences, rather than flat images. cost £19.95 available from The
Lighthouse, 11 Mitchell Lane, Glasgow G1 3NU. tel 0141 221 6362, fax 0141
