DEAR SIR,

After a discreet and thorough investigation at the
foreign department of the Nigerian Chambers of
Commerce, I write with absolute confidence on the
integrity of your person.
This business proposal I wish to put forward to you is
highly confidential and most importantly risk-free.
By way of introduction, I am a member of the Contract
Review Committee in the Petroleum Ministry comprising
seven (7) members instituted by the Federal Government
of Nigeria to review contracts for the design and
construction of automatic oil barges, fireboats,
chartering of emergency response vessels and supplies
of marine equipments awarded in the Federal Ministry
of Petroleum. The contracts were alleged to have been
awarded on alarming and incredibly inflated cost,
which needed to be investigated.
Through our tenacious efforts and well-expended energy
and experience, we were able to correct the anomalies
in the contract sum and pay the contractors what was
equally due to them.
Apart from the amount returned to Government as
surplus, we have left in the suspense account of the
Central Bank of Nigeria the sum of 35 million US
dollars (thirty-five million US dollars), which we
hope to share amongst ourselves (members of committee)
for the arduous work we did for the Government.
But the money cannot be disbursed in Nigeria. More so
as civil servants, the Code of Conduct Act makes it an
offence for any public servant to operate any foreign
account hence our soliciting your assistance to
transfer this fund into your companies or private
account.
As highly placed government officials, we have jointly
worked out modalities for a hitch- free and successful
transfer of the money into your account within 14
working days upon getting your positive response and
consent.

You will be entitled to 30% of the 35million USD for
providing us an account, while 65% will come to us in
Nigeria and the remaining 5% will be used to offset
all local/ foreign expenditures.

After the successful transfer of the funds, we intend
to invest the money in Real Estate business,
Manufacturing and any other business interest that you
will consider lucrative and profitable. We believe
that when this business relationship is fully
established, it will be of immense benefit to all
parties.
You are please required to get a secured telephone and
fax number for the purpose of this transaction. You
are also expected to give this business transaction
the absolute confidentiality and secrecy that it
demands. You shall be given full details on the
business immediately we get your response and you can
reach me through my e-mail address: [log in to unmask]

Yours faithfully,

Dr Azeez Ude
