Customers have been experiencing problems with our public e.mail account [log in to unmask]
This account was unwittingly suspended by our IT providers along with all other generic addresses (as distinct from personal ones). HAD staff have been making every effort to have the problem resolved, but so far without success. A warning has been posted
on our part of Hackney Council's web site, though this has also been down for the last few days.
I have been informed by our IT providers that the web site is now operational again, and that ' [log in to unmask] will be fully operational by Friday 21 June at the latest.
