I agree with Rowena that the Gale and Cutler book is good - also a very
interesting read. We also use a well thumbed copy of Schweingruber, F 1978
Microscopic Wood Anatomy, Swiss Federal Institute of Forestry Research ,I
can't find an ISBN for it.
