The Effective Health Care Alliance Programme
Building on our ten years experience co-ordinating the Cochrane Infectious
Diseases Group with over eighty contributors across 25 countries, we seek
people to be part of the dynamic team based in Liverpool contributing to
reviews and developing the programme of dissemination and implementation
with partners in developing countries.
Senior lecturer/Lecturer: £21,503 to £35,249 (2 posts)
We need bright researchers experienced in epidemiology, statistics or
research synthesis to help develop our programmes in systematic reviews,
conduct methodological research or help design and implement trials in
changing health professional's practice. Current funding secure to
end-March 2005.
Research Assistant: £17,626 to £21,503 (1 post)
We need intelligent individuals with a postgraduate qualification in a
health related area with good quantitative skills to be part of teams
conducting systematic reviews in malaria and other tropical diseases.
Two-year appointment.
