research, commercial or industrial; you may have substantial relevant
professional experience.

The post will provide extensive opportunity for you to pursue your research
interests in a supportive and research-active Department. If you are
finishing your PhD in Statistics, we would give you time to complete your
thesis.
The main teaching duties involve preparing teaching materials for
undergraduate courses, for use by students and tutors based nationwide and
across Western Europe. You will have a good record in research and teaching,
or a clear potential for developing these.
The appointments will be made on the Lecturer A or Lecturer B salary scales,
20,267-32,215 Pounds, according to academic attainment and experience.
The post is a permanent position and is based in Milton Keynes.
