I'm not sure you want to do that at all!!!
I think the general rule on unsolicited mail of this sort is simply to
ignore it.
I started receiving mail like this at home and responded to the "remove"
icon and was deluged with more.
It's an opportunistic thing. If they receive a response via the "remove"
icon, they know the address is "live" and will continue to barrage you with
this junk!
Ignore it.
