When the student enrols part of what they sign includes a statement that they
are liable for their tuition fees. If we have not received payment from the
sponsor then reminders go to both the sponsor and student and often this
produces the payment as it encourages the student to chase the sponsor.
Ultimately if no payment is forthcoming then the student gets invoiced. In
these circumstances we may negotiate a payment plan over a period of time buyt
eventually if the fees don't get paid we would take court action.
