>
> 1) Where are your examination papers copied?
In-house Copy Shop
> 2) What are the security arrangements?
Master papers and copies are transported in locked fireproof
trolley, stored in locked cabinets in locked room
> 3) How do you deal with copying that is required at very short notice,
> eg because a paper has been submitted very late?
If it is a small run - few copies or not many pages, it is done in the
office; otherwise a plea to Copy Shop staff always works.
> 4) What is the procedure after the examinations have been copied, eg
> packing procedure?
Papers are packaged and labelled in the Examinations Office,
stored in locked cabinets until delivered to venues.
> Many thanks in advance for responses.
