At DMU we have replaced the charter with a much shorter statement of rights
and responsibilities. We got the Students' Union involved as well and we
have also included how to complain and a list of useful contacts and sources
of information.

Subject: Student Charters
Quick questions: -
1.Does your institution still publish a Student Charter?
2.If not, why not?
3.If yes, are you continuing to publish it next session, and if so, is that
a 'positive' decision, or no decision at all?
If you wish to reply to me direct, rest assured that you'll be doing so in
confidence.
Thanks
Iestyn
