Hi - tried that website to have a look at it but it doesn't really show the
sculpture for me to comment on. One of my concerns would the safety and
navigation issues around it. I know that concourse - I studied at Aber for
3 years many moons ago and it is an open windswept site - a bit of a
no-man's land you might say - so how you would get around it if you are
sight impaired needs to be clarified for a start. Also is it designed to
take advantage of the views? If so it should be accessible so that all can
enjoy it - you need to look at the design brief - especially if it is using
public money.
Regards
Helen Allen
