Hi
I would agree with Adrian on this one that if the sculpture provides a
viewing platform then it should be accessible. There must also be
interesting liability issues for sculptures in public places that are not
designed safely I would have thought. I assume that a sculpture in a private
exhibition setting would be different.
I guess this is another example of art versus access.
