Mark,
I've heard of a similar being used for tactile maps. Can't remember any more
than that that I'm afraid but you could try contacting the National Centre
for Tactile Diagrams www.nctd.org.uk
Kind regards,
Sarah.

Subject: Raised Printing
Dear All,
A few years ago I saw a flyer for a company that could print using a system
that built up layers of ink so that it could be read by a Braille or
tactile letter reader. I wanted to have some notices made using this
system rather than the alternatives (eg moulded plastic signs).
Does anyone know what I'm on about (few people do) and do you have any
contact details.
Yours faithfully
Mark Taylor
