Subject: OT DDA cases
Dear all:
sorry for the off topic nature of this message.
Is there anyone reading this message who has taken legal action against a
company for breach of the DDA 1995?
I am currently persuing a case against a prestigious oriental Manchester
restraunt and would appreciate advice re the technicalities of doing this
from anyone who has been through the process.
