Hi there,
Have you looked at the Greenbank Sports Academy in Liverpool?

Subject: Buildings built to above Part M standards
Hi all,
As some of you are aware, I have been carrying out a study on buildings
that have been built to a higher standard, in terms of access, than that is
required of Part M (i.e. the minimum standard).
The buildings I have been assessing have been built with funding from the
millenium commission, which is a subsiduary of the Lottery fund. One
requirement for the grants or financial aid, given by the commission, is
that the building must be accessible. As these buildings have been built
recently, their designers aimed at meeting the requirement of
being 'reasonably' accessible, as stated within the DDA, and so would not
require further alterations once the 2004 changes have been implemented.
My question to you all is whether you could offer any information on any
other buildings or any leads that may be worth following, so that I can
expand my portfolio of studies. The buildings must new-build projects built
recently so that they have been designed to meet this higher standard than
that set out in Part M.
I would like to thank you in advance of any replies.
Kind Regards
Andrew Harriman
