Dear all,
We are currently processing the archives of two dance companies that have just ceased operation. Both are mid-scale, non-profit companies in receipt of Arts Council funding. One company wants the board minutes to be closed for several decades; the other would like them to be accessible. The latter has asked if the final board members need to get the written consent of past board members for the minutes to be made public. Has anyone any advice on this?
Many thanks,
Chris Jones
