The 2002 NPO Annual Conference will focus on problems and issues relating to
the preservation and management of library and archive collections based on
the research funded by Resource (the Council for Museums Archives and
Libraries). The conference will be of particular relevance to collection
managers, as well as architects and others, involved in conversion projects.

The Conference Fee includes refreshments morning and afternoon, lunch and a
copy of the NPO/Resource publication based on the research 'Preserving
Library and Archive Collections in Historic Buildings' carried out by Susan
Hughes and published by Resource in 2001.

Cancellations made after 18 October 2002 will not be refunded. A substitute
delegate is acceptable if notified to the Conference Organiser.
All payments must be made in UK pounds sterling, without deduction of Bank
Charges. An additional charge of £8 will be levied where these have not been
covered by the applicant. Payment may be made by personal or institutional
cheque or by BACS. Cheques should be made payable to The British Library.
