Let's pretend it's Friday afternoon:
This message took me back instantly to Christmas c.1968 when my grandma
gave me this very same item. Mine got a lot of use (years before
electronic calculators were allowed at school or even available in the
shops), and I still have it [somewhere] but alas without the stylus. It
gave me many hours of use for games of various kinds - 'we made our own
entertainment in those days' !

Subject: FW: 'Magic Brain Calculator'
Free to a good home!
In searching through the possessions of my predecessor, I found a
mechanical calculator (made in Japan, c.1960s), in its original
packaging,
with its instructions. It has been used and is not in pristine condition
(the stylus holder on the side is broken - but the stylus has not been
lost)
Before I throw it away, is there anyone who might find it of interest?
