I wonder if anyone can help.
Is there any legal reason to retain permanently (or otherwise) the papers of our Health and Safety Committee. I've been told that we are obliged to have a Health and Safety Committee but cannot find anything that says that we have to keep the papers or minutes for any specific period of time.
Any help is much appreciated
