Ah location problems.
Here at Hull I'm faced with a location guide which for certain runs of box
numbers has no shelf reference, just the single word "egregious".
Apparently this means that the boxes could be anywhere.
And they are!!

Subject: And the winner continues to be...
Now if we're moving into location problems.... Oxfordshire acquired, through
purchase some decades ago, a twelfth century deed. In the accessions
register, under "Location", it states: "In a safe place; ask Miss X (a
junior staff member who is now very senior and highly respected in the
profession)". Needless to say, Miss X had never even heard of it. The deed
has never been found. But we still hope wistfully on stocktaking
fortnights....
