Dear all
I've been searching the list archive for anything on charges made for
records management services to help us in our best value review, but
couldn't really find anything useful.
Would anyone feel able to mail me off-list with info on the charges you
make, and how your charging system is operated? We charge by linear metre
taking into account rate of referral, how often records are sent in and our
basic storage and delivery costs. Most other scales I have come across
charge individually per consignment, or per box/delivery etc? Are we the odd
ones out or does anyone else operate like us?
Thanks in advance
