Here in the US many local government agencies, state archives and libraries have posted their disaster plans on the internet. Search either http://www.google.com or http://www.alltheweb.com using the phrases "disaster plan" "disaster recovery", and other variations. You will get a large number of hits.

I will try to post some others later on this weekend. Be sure to visit some of the commercial sites such as Disaster Recovery Journal (http://www.drj.com), BMSCAT (http://www.bmscat.com) Document Reprocessors. Lots of good information there.
