I have to say that I don't quite get the point here. Has it not
occurred to Nigel and others that we post-1996 qualifiers are also doing
these things as part of our jobs? Or are those who were not qualified at
this magical date just assumed to be naturally incompetent and required
to prove something that was taken for granted in the past?
