Dear allstat,
Every 4 weeks, I will measure flow through 2 vessels on
the placenta for each patient. I will do that for a total of 10 patients
from 20th weeks to 32th weeks. How do i assess for a difference in the
vessels here?
Bearing in mind that it is paired and repeated, do i assess for a
difference between the readings using a repeated measures analysis of
variance and if there is not a statistically significant difference, to
create summary measures for each vessel and then perform a Paired t-test. If
there is a significant difference, to compare each timepoint, incorporating
a Bonferroni correction? Or is there a more direct method?
Thank you for your time
Best wishes
Ian
