This is a well-known hoax. The file in question is a perfectly
legitimate Windows system file. Check the virus alerts at the web site
of your favourite anti-virus software for more details.
Please think several times before posting virus alerts to a bulletin
board - most of them are hoaxes designed to annoy or make you wreck your
own system.
