When you press the "Volume" button to see the cluster statistics, SPM
displays m local maxima (default: m=3) that are separated by a minimum
distance of d millimetres (default: d=8). If you want to change these
settings and display more or less local maxima with a different distance
between them, you can directly call spm_list.m from the MATLAB window, e.g.
if you want to see up to 6 local maxima per cluster separated by a minimum
of 5 mm then type:
d=5;
m=6;
title='Extended list of local maxima'; % or whatever you want to call it,
can also be empty
tabData = spm_list ('list', SPM, VOL, d, m, title, hReg);
See spm_list.m for more details.
Best wishes,
Klaas
