Dear SPM experts:
If I run
params=spm_affsun3('affine1',spm_vol('BigHead.img'),...
spm_vol('SmlHead.img'),1,8);
should params(7:9) have larger values than the x y z voxel_size of
(the two images having equal voxel sizes) to
indicate that the SmlHead.img (smaller head) need to be enlarged to
match the the larger one (BigHead.img) or the otherway around?
I am making up this trying to understand the meaning of the params(7:9)
(assuming constant params(10:12)=1;);
Here BigHead and SmlHead are the baseline and followup images
from same subject, but the head (brain) volume is reduced (in all x y z)
from bsln to flup.
Thanks,
Kewei
